What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Clearpay?
Simply shop online at frockandfrill.com, add items to your basket and then checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Clearpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order. It’s that easy!

Can I use Clearpay if I’m an international customer?
Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.

How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
All Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for Clearpay Terms of Service.

When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?
Orders placed with Clearpay will be dispatched and delivered in the same timeframe as any other order on our website. Information about our delivery options can be found here. Free standard delivery is available for orders over £150.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your Clearpay purchase, the order will need to be returned to Frock and Frill. This can be done using the Royal Mail returns label that will be included in your order. Clearpay will then be notified of your return and will process the refund.
