WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can easily check your order status online by logging into your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched, this will contain your tracking number. If you require more information, please email sales@frockandfrill.com and our customer service team will be happy to look into it for you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope you love your order from Frock and Frill, but if for any reason it is unsuitable you can return it within 14 days upon arrival of your order. A returns form will be enclosed with your order, please fill this in with as much information as possible. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer a free returns service at this time. ARE RETURNS FREE?

Sorry but we are currently unable to offer a free returns service – postage charges for returned items are at your own cost. You can use which ever postal service you wish but we do recommend using a tracked service.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow 14 days for your refund to process. Once your goods have been accepted your exchange or refund will be completed within 14 working days. Unless we have sent you incorrect, damaged or faulty goods we regret the cost of postage and packaging cannot be refunded to you. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. Please then allow 3-5 working days for the funds to become visible in your account.
